Refund policy
Exchanges are available if customer ordered wrong size. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with return and exchange.
Returns are also available if unsatisfied with my product. Please contact me at "sales@tikicollars.com" within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original, unused condition for full refund within 10 days from contact. Refund will be issued upon returned item. Customer will be responsible for returning item.
Custom orders are not refundable unless it is an error on our part.
